But Wait, there’s More

While this would normally be the end of the review, there’s a little more to test. QuietPC were the kind folks that sent over the XB-01, and they also offer two other packages in relation to the product. The first is that they’ll perform the installation of your Xbox, into the XB-01 for you, giving you a warranty of their own should anything go awry. They also offer a purchase outright package, should you wish to buy a new Xbox in the Lian Li aftermarket case, off the shelf.

While I didn’t send my Xbox in to have it quietened by the company, they informed me that they also add a few extras to the case to help quieten things even more. To give an indication of how effective these additions can be, they sent them over to me to add them to my own XB-01, to see how much difference it would make, getting the QuietPC treatment.

What do they do?

While I can’t say that I’d be as capable as the guys at QuietPC when it comes to installing these extras, I’m going to attempt to replicate what they do with the parts provided. As well as installing the standard Xbox bits, they also change and/or add the following components:
