OCZ GameXStream 1010w

Power supply units

Conclusion

The OCZ GameXStream isn’t the best PSU out there with its loose 12v rails and its rather noisy operation under load. However, it does provide stability at a reasonable price, and its size makes installation easy in even the smallest of cases. Obviously these plus points won’t be enough for some people, but if you are looking for a well priced and smartly sized PSU with stability riding shotgun, the GamXStream ‘aint a bad choice.

Pros Cons
Stable rails 12v and 5v rails not very tight
Powered our full test setup Whines during load
Not modular

I’d like to thank our sponsors OCZ for providing us with this PSU.
