Mice, Peripherals

In conclusion, aside from a little nitpicking this is a decent mouse. I still don’t like the DPI switch being on the bottom and if your desk sees a lot of daylight it can be difficult telling the difference from the colour of the mousewheel which of the two higher DPI settings the mouse is set to, but these aren’t major problems.

If you’re after a well performing mouse you can just plug in and use, without all the flashing lights and fancy shapes usually attributed to gaming mice then I’d certainly recommend the Zowie EC2.

Performs well
Very low lift off distance
Smooth movement

Buttons feel spongy
Some users may not like the underside DPI switch
A little pricey
