The Strike FX is virtually identical to the official PS3 controller, with a few cosmetic exceptions. The Playstation logo has been replaced with a wireless logo on the sync button, the D-Pad buttons fan slightly and sweep up a little more notably, and the buttons and triggers have been numbered rather than opting for symbols or letters.
The top panel is also virtually identical to the PS3, with the same USB connector for charging and a row of four LEDs to indicate which player the controller is assigned to.
The USB wireless receiver is about the size of a USB flash drive and comes with a lid for portability. There is a red LED on the bottom which flashes constantly while plugged in to indicate that it is functioning. It is a little on the large side for a receiver and may be a little awkward for portable use on a laptop, but beyond that it works well.
