Carrying the Dragon

Well, is carrying the Battle Dragon practical? And does it make you look like a dick? Let’s see.

First up we have the shoulder strap. For someone like me, at a mere 5’5″ (on a good day) it’s a bit long. I’d have liked some way of shortening it.

There’s also the side carry method. Good for a lighter load out and perfectly doable.

The backpack method was incredibly comfortable and load bearing. This is the setup I’d recommend if you’re carrying a lot of peripherals with you, or if your laptop is on board. Impressively, considering the ammount of different items I’d loaded into the Dragon, I didn’t feel the individual parts. The padding insulated them completely allowing me to carry them around like a standard backpack

Now for those who decide they need to add weight to the bag for fun, you can also use these extra chest and belly straps for added support. They look pretty lame though.
