Conclusion
While it’s hardly a performance power house, with it’s 7.1 built in Audio, USB 3.0, HDMI connector and ability to handle 1080p video, this should work nicely as the base for an HTPC system. It’s a little on the expensive side sude, but since the CPU comes bundled and the large feature list, I think it’s worth the money.
Pros
Lots of features, HDMI, USB 3.o, 7.1 audio etc.
Mini ITX fits in almost any case
Reasonable performance
Supports 1080p video
Cons
Individual mobo and CPU with less features would be cheaper
Some potential clearance issues from tight layout
