For it’s first – and probably the last – moment of fame, I decided to bring out the Pentium 4 beast which I’ve used for years and know how loud it is. Installing it was easy, and after the standoffs were installed, the board slotted into place easily.
The power supply went in next and needed 4 screws to fasten it into place. The optical drives and hard discs were the easiest as they just need to be slotted in, and then the tool-less clips lock and the job is done.
After plumbing in all of the devices, and connecting up the fans, I was ready to power on.
