Finally, there is another X-Fighter logo printed into the side panel in the same font as seen on the packaging.

In order to remove the side panels, In Win have created a clever tool-less clip that can simply be undone allowing the side panel to slide off. Next to the clips, there word ‘open’ has been printed in red.

The opposite side is very plain in comparison with just a small indent to help the user to pull off the side panel along with two more clips.

The ports are located half way along the top and include:

  • 2 x 2.0 USB ports
  • 2 x eSATA ports
  • 1 x Firewire port
  • Microphone Jack
  • Headphone Jack

The eSATA ports are a very good inclusion as eSATA offer much greater performance for external storage devices and this makes it easy to use.

Finally, the back is fairly generic to any case with the expected holes for motherboard backplate, power supply and 7 PCI Slots. A 120mm fan also mounted at the back, below two grommet-filled holes for water cooling purposes.

To finish off the back, a small picture next to the PCI slots explains how to remove all the panels.
