Fractal Design R2

The Fractal Design Define R2 case is an in-between ATX case. Its features aren’t in the budget area but neither is its price. Since Fractal Design isn’t a very well-known brand yet, compared to bigger names, it is hard to come up with a product that makes people consider buying yours instead of theirs.

Personally I would recommend this case to anyone who wants a better looking and a bit more functional case than the budget ATX cases, but only if they aren’t on a tight budget for the rest of the rig. The high amount of HDD/SSD trays make  this case sort of interesting for people with a lot of data, but appropriate  cooling needs to be installed at the optional fan grids. awards the Fractal Design Define R2 case with 3.5/5 stars for a decent product but lack of innovation and sharp pricing.

Pros Cons
Plenty of room for HDD/SSDsDesign is rather boring
Removable Dust filtersRather minimalistic front panel
Decent and quiet stock coolingPrice is not very competitive
Cables management

Thanks go to Fractal for providing us with this case.
