Internals
The internal of the Define R2 case gives a tidy-looking first impression with a lot of room for HDD/SSD drives.
The installed exhaust fan has a nice sleeved cable but can only be connected through its 3-pin connector.
The eight HDD bays allow mass-storage for sure. They are easy to take out and with the supplied HDD screws the bays can be reinserted and, by taking off the motherboard-side panel, allows easy cable management behind the bays.
The most interesting feature about the inside of the Define R2 case is most certainly the easy cable management. The five pre-made cable management rubber holes allow you to hide your cables so that the inside of the case has a better look and perhaps more importantly: better airflow.
