Soyntec Netsound 500

Conclusion

This is a middling at best headset, reportedly plagued with hardware failures for many. Still, it is a low price and performs well as a Skype headset, which must be its intended purpose. If you’re not going to use this headset for extended periods or move it anywhere, it should hold up okay; otherwise look elsewhere.

Pros

Good Skype performance
Comes in many colours
Very inexpensive

Cons

Poor performance in games and music
Flimsy build quality
Uncomfortable for extended use
