Wireless Transmitter

The factor that seperates out the Razer Chimaera from most other headsets is that it’s wireless. To enable this Razer have created a pretty fancy looking wireless transmitter that stands tall in an inverted T shape of glossy black plastic.

The main body of the transmitter has two white translucent images that light up when enabled. The top one indicates whether the headset is charging (when plugged in) whereas the one underneath it tells you when the power is switched on.

The base has some rubber coating to help keep it steady but little else of note.

Round the back you have your connectors. DC in, as well as mic out and audio in. These sit alongside the standby and sync switches.
