The other part of the LH1 that is padded is the top section so as to make it comfortable whilst it is being worn. The top is a silky black fabric with the underside made of the same material as the earpieces – it’s very comfortable.

The final part of the main headset is the microphone; in this instance it has a large end with a bendy rod as so to be able to bend it into position. If not in use, the microphone can easily be folded up around the top of the headset frame to keep it out the way.

Finally, we come to the cable which is 2.5 metres in length so there shouldn’t be any issues with the cable not reaching the back of the case or anything like that. A small volume control is also fitted on the cable – it’s fairly rudimentary but does the job well enough.
