Packaging
At first I thought this was a nice clamshell packaging, however on closer inspection it turns out that infact the Plantronics X30 is held in vacuum plastic. That’s right folks, get ready to cut your hands up on this one.
The back has one very important diagram on it: how to put this headset on, as on first viewing it’s not exactly clear.
Along with the headset you get what Plantronics call a “User Guide” and a “Safety Guide”.
However on closer inspection, the “user guide” actually just tells you not to let you children eat the headset; that’s it.
The safety guide is similarly useless, informing you how important it is not to use this headset on high volumes for long periods of time. I appreciate that some people are dummies, but do we really need this in 30 different languages?
