Gamecom 367 Headset
The headset itself is a rather chunky design with big earpieces and bold red colours.
On each side there is a large Gamecom Plantronics logo in black and red. The outside of the earpieces too have a red centre with a black outside and then another red strip around the edge. The effect is bold certainly but I’m not too sure if it’s very stylish or if indeed I like it.
The mic can be folded neatly away to keep it out the way if the user does not require it.
However it is easy to fold out and can be extended significantly to suit the user. The mic consists of black bendy rubber with a red end which contains the actual microphone.
The earpieces on the inside are made out of very soft and squidgy fabric that feels very comfortable around your ear. In the middle, the speakers are just covered with a thin piece of material.
The top of the headset has yet more soft fabric to make it comfortable on the top of your head.
The cable is two metres in length which is very long indeed, so the user doesn’t have to be very close to where the plugs attach at all. The plugs are gold plated and are just two 3.5mm jacks – one for the microphone and one for the speakers.
A little way down the cable there is volume control which looks pretty good and to adjust the volume the disk just spins around. There is also a switch allowing the microphone to be muted.
Finally, there is a little clip so the cable to be attached to something to keep it out of the way.
