A few weeks back, we covered the latest editions of Aorus’ gaming laptops: the X5S and X7 v5. Today, we’re back with another bit of news, as the Taiwanese company have unveiled special camo editions of their X3, X5 and X7 laptops. Take a look!
The unique look of the special edition laptop is made using a water transfer printing process, transforming the usual black chassis into a modern military MultiCam pattern. This covers each side of the laptop, leaving only the bezel around the screen uncoloured. The look is quite impressive from the photos, but we’ll have to see how it looks in real life.
The laptops are made as a limited edition, and come with a unique laser-engraved serial number showing off exactly how rare your laptop is. Due to the MultiCam transfer process, each laptop will look different, too.
So far, only the X5S has been announced for the UK market. You can pick one up for £2199 at Overclockers UK or Scan. It’s a high price, but you do get a lot for your money, as you can see by the spec sheet below.

Ultimate performance, excellent camouflage. Awesome. What do you think? Let us know in the comments below!
P.S. This laptop would also be the perfect complement to the (now sadly discontinued) Camo Filco mechanical keyboard, which also uses a genuine MultiCam look, as you can see in the photo taken below (source: Brad via KeyboardCo).
