Introduction

Who knew Plextor made SSDs? Well they do and they’re sitting pretty with a new SATA III drive. It’s part of the M2 range and is known fully as the Plextor PX-128M2S. There’s plenty of shelf life improving features that are all well and good, but you’re here for the performance numbers. So without furtherado, I present to you my findings.

HD content is here to stay and 3D is becoming the latest high end viewing feature to be hitting living rooms around the world. However, full HD and 3D movies are only just beginning to appear in streaming or “on-demand” formats so what to do in the mean time? You’ve gotta go bluray.
