Rasurbo GAP 750w

Conclusion

The overall performance of the Rasurbo GAP 750W PSU is pretty consistent; the rails and efficiency are not going to blow you away but they are adequate enough to allow the unit to function well and also be priced reasonably – £90 is not bad at all. The distinctive orange colour too is certainly bold and creates an impression – I’m just not sure what kind.

However, little touches let this power supply down: not all the cables are braided, no ties or clips are provided for cable management and there’s not even a manual which speaks volumes.

If you’re looking for a very quiet, well-priced PSU, then this unit may just be for you – the noise outputs were very minimal – but, for me,  I feel some improvements could be made to make th
s unit even better.

Pros Cons
Good efficiency Non-modular
Reasonable rail stability Not all cables are braided
Distinctive No cable management aids
Thermally-controlled fan
