The box for the Spawn endorsed G-TF is a little more fancy looking. There’s a large Zowie logo, a small window to view the mat and something that will make a lot of people laugh/sigh:

Yup. That’s a picture of Spawn, looking cool as only pro gamers can. Yea.

G-TF Spawn

This mat doesn’t look much different from the G-RF but it is, a little at least. For one it’s quite a bit bigger, about twice the size in each dimension. It also features a corner logo, but this one is a "Spawn" one and sits in the bottom left.

The thread of this cloth is far more typical of gaming mats being much thinner than the other Zowie pad. This makes it feel more comfortable and smooth on first touch, but ultimately less sturdy than the G-RF.

One nice feature is that along the edge there is a stitched seam. This prevents any loose threads scratching your wrist should you stray near the edge. This is a nice addition and something I’d like to see on other mats.

The rubberised under-carriage is less thick and grippy than the G-RF but it is still capable of holding the pad in place.
