Steelseries WoW Mouse

Conclusion

The WoW mouse from Steelseries is a pretty good piece of kit. It’s got great DPI and polling rate options, fully fledged software, teflon feet, a wide variety of buttons that are all programmable, a very smooth and quiet scroll wheel and comfortable, good looking body. That said, the buttons are a little annoyingly placed meaning you have to have your thumb on them constantly, as well as being extremely expensive. The way I see it, if you play World of Warcraft and want to skip using the keyboard shortcuts, and do it all with your mouse hand, you’ll really enjoy using the WoW mouse. However, if you don’t play WoW, or find yourself playing other games more often than not, this one is most likely overkill in terms of buttons and price.

My recommendation is that the WoW mouse, is really for hardcore WoW players, but if you use it otherwise, it will do what you want and more; but perhaps more than you need.
