Slidamat Platinum R
Slidamat
The Slidamat is really strange looking pad as it’s very simple looking, with a heavily reflective surface which sort of, wrinkles slightly when the mat is bent. This shows that the PTFE coating is separated slightly from the woven material beneath it.
The mat is a bit under 1cm thick, with a triple layer design. It has a top coat of teflon, followed by an undercoat of "fibrous material" that is the sensory part of the Slidamat.
The bottom layer is there for comfort, and grip and is a rubbery, foam like material designed to grip the table or other surface that you’re placing it on.
