Roccat Vire

Conclusion

The Roccat Vire is clearly a new concept and with it being the world’s lightest headset it’s really cutting-edge technology. Now usually when something new comes on the scene, it’s a little rough round the edges and more of a prototype and other company’s jump-on-the-bandwagon and makes something better. However, in this instance, the product is already very well-rounded and has a very high build quality.

The speakers are incredibly clear and even when the volume is whacked up; they are able to retain a very high level of performance. Similarly, the microphone is very effective and one of the things I really like about it is that it’s not stuck in front of your face and in reality; you don’t notice it at all.

Of course what is great about the Vire is that you can take them out and use them on your iPod, come back in and then just plug them into your PC which makes them incredibly versatile.

Sure, there are a few improvements that could be made such as a little bass tweaking or making the sound a tad less tinny but all things considered you can’t really complain.

All in all, the Vire is a great product that is versatile, well-built, functional, high quality and much more.
