Roccat Kave

The headset itself is quite understated, with a matt black scheme, and the only coloured styling being a small blue Roccat logo.

The Kave text is greyed out slightly which helps it blend nicely into the black of the headset whole.

On the left hand side is the microphone arm, which can be rotated around quite a lot, as well as the stalk being flexible enough to cover your mouth no matter how big your head is.

The headband is heavily cushioned by 3 large, individual cushions made with something close to leather but not quite. It’s very squishy and comfy though.

The cushions on the earphones are very thick and comfortable and are hand sewn so the quality is fantastic; using the same material as the headband cushions. The internal speakers are covered with a thin coating of cotton, with a plastic centerpiece to hold it all together.

The head band has a slightly indented Roccat text with a glossy black finish to it.

Along the sides of the headband you can extend or reduce the length of the band, the extensions measured by numbered notches along the edge.

The inside of this has a small R or L to let you know which ear is supposed to go in which headphone bucket.
