While it may not be too expensive, considering it’s own marketing speil states that it’s great for estate agents or builders, I’d find it hard to recommend this product. If it had more decimal places I could say it’d be great for accurately measuring small distances quickly, but since it only goes to hundredths you’d be just as well off with a tape measure.

Really this is a gadget that does what it’s supposed to, just not very well. That said, compared to professional or even semi-professional laser range finders, this thing is about a 10th of the price. If you’re on an extreme budget and are too lazy to use a tape measure, this product may work for you; but I wouldn’t recommend it.
