Tuniq TX3
Tuniq TX-3
The tube of paste doesn’t have any outer packaging and arrives just as it is which is good for all of us who are environmentally conscious as no wasted packaging is used.
The tube itself is the usual design with a black cap to stop the paste from drying out and a white plunger. The main section of the tube is grey and pretty simple containing just the logo, name and specifications printed in black.
Finally, there’s just a small see-through part on the tube showing the colour of the paste inside – grey.
A quick look at the specifications reveals that each tube contains 1ml or 3g of compound which is a pretty standard size though maybe a little less than some other pastes. The operating temperature is widely ranging and can pretty much be used absolutely anywhere.
The paste is also electrically non-conductive so no need to worry if you spill a bit on your motherboard. Interestingly, the TX-3 is supposed to form a thinner layer between the CPU and its cooler providing better heat transfer especially for direct heatpipe touch coolers.
