They do struggle at high volumes in certain areas, and a decent quality MP3 – or ideally loss less – source is recommended to reduce the occasional distortions with harmonically complex music. However, most issues can be easily mitigated by making sure you mount the satellites and sub in appropriate places; making sure you get your money’s worth from the little fella’s.
