Metronic Zapbox T2 Freeview HD

Conclusion

While I still think it’s too early to go and pick yourself up an HD freeview box – considering you’ll only be gaining 3 channels with functionality – if you really want one the Metronic Zapbox T2 isn’t bad. It’s a little slow to startup and it is without a doubt expensive when compared with a standard definition freeview, but it does have quite a bit going for it. It looks good and easily fits in with other modern TV equipment, it has a great guide system with lots of information and once setup it does have a very fast interface.

This one’s a bit of a mixed bag, but if you’re looking for a freeview box with HD functionality, you could do a lot worse; but you may be able to do better if you look hard enough.
