Installation

The only problem that came about during the physical installation of the board, was a clearance issue with my Scythe Andy CPU Cooler. On all angles but one, the heatpipes conflicted with the large northbridge and PWM area heatsinks. Those with big CPU heatsink protrusions in all directions will have to be careful when purchasing this board. Check that your cooler will fit before committing.

Installing the X-Fi was a bit of a headache to start with as I have problems with the installation CD. However, downloading the latest drivers from the MSI site sorted things out quickly enough though.
