Although this packaging may seem boring – which it is – it isn’t designed to look good on a shelf as Crucial’s RAM is only sold online. Furthermore, enthusiasts buying memory of this brand will know Crucial’s reputation as one of the leading experts, so their reputation does the job of selling the product; not the packaging.

• A small installation leaflet showing how to install the memory modules
• Both modules themselves, individually packaged in anti-static bags with a sticker stuck on each showing the memory specifications
