Conclusion

While this enclosure promised much, it actually didn’t perform as well as I had hoped. It does manage to match a hard disc in zero airflow in regards to temperature, and also completely silences your hard disc. However, if you have cooling (even if it’s just a 120mm fan sat in front) on your hard discs then this enclosure will actually impede HDD cooling.

All in all, this is a perfect extra to someone who is either out of 3.5” bays or really wants a completely silent PC; just be wary of the temperatures.
