Noctua NF-F12

Conclusion

The Noctua NF-F12 has excellent build quality and a good bundle, but itn falls down when compared to the Gentle Typhoon AP-15 in noise, performance and cost.

Unfortunately that means I would find it hard to recommend this fan. The Gentle Typhoon does miss out on PWM but most modern motherboards are able to deal with that with voltage control anyway
