<description>Hello, right hand side opening is called the Bass Reflex Tunnel - Bass Reflex technology. It deepens the bass effects that is why the bass is stronger than normal system. It makes the woofer driver more efficient.

<description>We have been looking for speakers to use with our iPods, and laptops for awhile. These speakers are fantastic! They are well crafted - not made of flimsy plastic. They have really rich, full tone, and the sub-woofer adds some pretty decent bass. I like to listen to my music loud, and these speakers do a pretty good job of meeting that need. The docking station needs to be positioned so that the remote can communicate with it, and the remote is not the most stylish thing in the world, but honestly the speakers are more than exceeded my expectations. We even tested the bass and volume by playing some stuff with 808 bass in it, and there was no distortion. Really, really nice set.
