Microsoft has made an announcement detailing the release of a new version of their Xbox 360 consoles utilising the latest of their combined CPU/GPU chip, but with a matt casing and only 4GB of flash memory instead of the 250GB HDD.
Taking its styling from the latest Microsoft release, the 250GB Xbox "slim" this new system is intended to replace the age old 360 favourite, the Arcade which came equipped with a small 512MB memory card. As well as this announcement Microsoft also let it be known that the Kinect motion tracking bundle will cost around $150 in the US, so expect it to be about £150 here."Kinect for Xbox 360 offers tremendous entertainment value for the whole family," said Dennis Durkin, Xbox 360 COO.
