RAMbus sues Nvidia

Memory technology licensing body, RAMbus, have announced that they have filed several suits against nVidia based on 17 counts of copyright infringement.

The infringements are all said to be about memory controllers for SDR, DDR, DDR2 and DDR3 products found in chipsets, GPUs and "multimedia applications."
